DLG attorneys and paraprofessionals are actively involved in the central Kentucky community.  We strive to make central Kentucky a better place to live, work and relax for everyone.

On March 1st, Laura Day DelCotto and Jamie Harris are attending the National Association of Women Business Owners’ EPIC Awards in Louisville. PIC stands for Excellence as a woman business owner, Professional accomplishments during the past 5 years, Initiative and creativity in addressing major challenges in her business, and Civic and community involvement. These are all qualities that women business owners display each and every day. The judges are prominent members of the business community, and base their decisions on these four areas.

On March 5th and 6th, Sara Johnston is assisting with the Credit Abuse Resistance Education (CARE) Program at Frederick Douglass High School.

On Wednesday, March 7th, attorney Sara Johnston will be attending the Funders and Ending Homelessness event at the Pam Miller Downtown Arts Center in Lexington, Kentucky. This event is organized by the Lexington Fayette County Government Office of Homelessness Prevention and Intervention.

If you cannot make the March 21st presentation, a similar presentation will be given by Sara Johnston at the Willows at Fritz Farm. DLG wishes you a wonderful March, and we hope that you’ll check back next month to see what we have going on in April!
