DLG attorneys and paraprofessionals are actively involved in the central Kentucky community. We strive to make central Kentucky a better place to live, work and relax for everyone.

The coldest time of the year is upon us! DLG attorney Sara Johnston is teaming up with the Central Kentucky American Inns of Court to once again bring warmth to the Bluegrass. The initiative involves filling warmth boxes placed at Lexington bus stops with coats, gloves, socks, briefcases, and other slightly used items to help keep Lexingtonians warm. This initiative reaches those individuals that may not want to leave their current location and belongings to go to a shelter. If interested in donating your warm items, please email Sara Johnston at [email protected].

On Monday, February 12th, Sara Johnston will be presenting at Legacy Reserve to discuss how proactive estate planning can mitigate confusion and complications for our loved ones after we are gone. For more information please call our office at (859) 231-5800.

DLG is once again supporting the Women’s Build. Please join us as we attend the home dedication to Tamar Israel on February 18, 2018 at 3:00PM. The dedication will take place at 1953 Millbank Road in Lexington.

On February 22nd, Laura Day DelCotto and Sara Johnston will be speaking at the Junior Achievement Miss Business Program! They will be speaking to young women about Economics for Success: Connection Between Education, Careers & Salary. The event will take place at the JA Biztown Facility in Lexington.

DLG wishes you a wonderful February, and we hope that you’ll check back next month to see what we have going on in March!
