On Thursday, September 19th, Laura Day DelCotto will attend the sneak peek of the artists’ models for the Breaking the Bronze Ceiling monument. The event will take place at ArtsPlace at 161 N. Mill St. in Lexington. Breaking the Bronze Ceiling is campaigning to have a monument in place in a prominent downtown Lexington location in 2020 to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment. Get more info here
On Wednesday, September 25th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Laura Day DelCotto, who is a board member of NAWBO will be attending the annual Kentucky Symposium. The 2019 Business in the Bluegrass Symposium is offered by the Kentucky chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. On Saturday, September 28th from 6:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m, Laura Day DelCotto will be attending “A Night for the Nest” presented by the E.E. Murray Family Foundation benefiting The Nest Center for Women, Children and Families in Lexington, KY. The event will take place at Castle & Key, 4445 McCracken Pike in Frankfort, KY.
