With almost thirty years of paralegal experience in the areas of financial workouts, individual debtor and business bankruptcies, creditor representation in bankruptcies, and business litigation. Pam has worked at the firm since its inception and is well-versed in all administrative aspects of Chapter 7, 11, 12, and 13 bankruptcy proceedings. Her experience extends to each constituency in a bankruptcy/workout proceeding, including debtors, committees, trustees and creditors. In her free time, Pam serves as a part-time assistant to a lawyer/author and Trustee for the Shriner's Hospitals for Children.

Jennifer Wise

Jennifer Wise is the Firm's Systems Administrator. She is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree and has several years experience in desktop support, as well as client architecture/management with expertise in onsite and remote hardware/software support. Jennifer oversees the Firm's electronic case filing procedures, data management, and facilitates effective client communications on all electronic data issues.
Jennifer can help clients compile required financial information in electronic formats, including formatting, importing, and exporting information to transmit the data needed for a client's case. She can also go on site and meet with a client's accounting/financial staff to streamline information transmission and reporting.

Linda Conner brings almost thirty years of legal and administrative experience to the Firm. Linda understands the procedures involved in dealing with the Kentucky state and federal courts in a wide range of legal fields, including bankruptcy and general litigation. Serving as a paralegal to Member, Laura Day DelCotto, Linda has overseen and administered bankruptcy proceedings with more than 3000 creditors and has provided paraprofessional services in several complex coal bankruptcy proceedings. Linda has her Associates Degree in Business Management and assists the firm in several administrative areas including billing and human resources.

Heather Purnell began her career at Wise DelCotto in 2006 as a legal assistant before training to be a paralegal. Heather's work focuses on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Heather's communications and sales background allow her to effectively interact with clients to generate the information necessary to evaluate legal options. In her free time, Heather teaches swim lessons at Lexington Athletic Club.

Beverly has over thirty years' experience in the legal field. As a paralegal, she has worked with attorneys in a variety of areas of law, including bankruptcy, estate planning, and corporate law. She brings a solid base of maturity and judgment to her work, having assisted with complicated cases and interacted with sophisticated clients regularly. Beverly's breadth of experience allows her to assist all of our attorneys from time to time. Her particular focus is on Chapter 11 bankruptcies and larger litigation matters.
